Welcome to a brief “Alentejano” Moment! Ladies and gentlemen,  dear costumers, people from the world, Portugal, Alentejo and passionate for traditions, to you we dedicate our words. And in these first words comes our dedicated thanks, comes the pleasure that is to serve people that we strongly relate to. For enjoying our passion shared by everyone, our typical “Alentejana” gastronomy. We thank all of those who, for various reasons, makes us feel the philosophy we have as ours – completing in plenitude what Alentejo has best to offer and, for that, from us you always have our best.
