Stargazing Session

It begins with a guided tour of Miguel Claro’s astrophotography exhibition, with images taken in Dark Sky® Alqueva. After, in the Observatory the celestial sphere is explored with the unaided eye, mixed with observations using binoculars and high quality telescopes.

This activity is great for everyone, from those who are simply curious about the marvels of the Universe to the more experienced astronomers, whether they come on their own, accompanied or with family.

Conditions:

Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Requires a previous reservation. Slots are limited per session

Sessions are available for various times, agreed upon reservation. Available from Tuesday to Saturday and is adjusted taking into account the phases of the Moon and the month of the year, the weather conditions and the observatory’s availability on the date and time requested.
