Monte Falperras blends the serene simplicity of natural materials with carefully curated comforts. Hospitality here is attentive and discreet, celebrating the flavours of each season and the quiet rhythm of the Alentejo landscape.
The shared spaces are designed for rest and contemplation: sheltered courtyards, terraces where the gaze drifts across the open plains, and an outdoor swimming pool embraced by olive trees. Every corner invites guests to slow down and experience the authentic tranquillity of the region.
The atmosphere is ideal for couples’ stays, personal retreats or group gatherings (exclusive rental of the property for up to 12 guests), offering privacy, wellbeing and a deep connection with the surrounding landscape.

Rooms
Six carefully designed double rooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. Three rooms feature verandas overlooking the swimming pool and the lake.
Three rooms open onto a Mediterranean-style courtyard with a traditional water tank and flowing water.
Bathrooms
All rooms include private bathrooms with either a shower or bathtub, complemented by comfortable amenities.

Important note: when the property is booked for exclusive use, breakfast is not included. This allows guests complete freedom to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and create their own culinary experience at their own pace. (Breakfast or additional services may be arranged upon prior agreement with the owner.)
